Carol Engler and Edwin Rutsch: Dialogs on How to Build a Culture of Empathy

Dr. Carol Engler is a 40-year veteran of education. She served for 30 years in the Akron, Ohio public schools as an urban high school administrator, counselor, and teacher. In 2002, she joined the Ashland University faculty in Ashland, Ohio.  She is currently associate professor of Educational Administration.
