Dennis Tirch is a compassion focused psychologist
specializing in the practice of awakening.
He is
Associate Director, American Institute for Cognitive Therapy as well as,
Founder and Director of The Center for Mindfulness and Compassion Focused
Therapy. The center practices a range of cognitive and behavioral methods,
such as Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy .
